Is a driver's license mandatory?

All rentals and those driving on tours must have a valid state driver's license, and it cannot be suspended or revoked. Please note that international driver's licenses are not necessary.

Do you offer group discounts?

We offer specialized corporate event packages for bookings of 6 rentals or more. For further details, please get in touch with our reservations team.

Do security deposits apply?

When renting a Bronco with us and booking with a debit card, a $500 Security Deposit will be required upon vehicle pickup. However, if you book with a major credit card, we will waive this security deposit. In the event of any damage, charges will be deducted either from the $500 security deposit or billed to the credit/debit card on file. Any damage exceeding $500 will be charged to the credit/debit card up to the deductible amount specified by your auto insurance, with any additional costs being applied to your auto insurance policy.

*We also offer Supplemental Damage Waivers for added peace of mind.

Are there any extra fees?

We cover all processing and company-related fees, except for our mandatory International Supplemental Insurance coverage.

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

Guests have up to 48 hours prior to the start of an experience to change or cancel without a penalty. Changes within the 48 hour window, are subject to a $100 rebooking fee; cancellations are subject to a 50% refund.

Do you offer a military discount?

Absolutely. We extend a 10% discount to all military personnel, both active and retired. We appreciate your service to our nation!

How do rentals work?

Select your Bronco, complete the rental payment, provide proof of insurance, and savor the adventure.

Do taxes apply?

Yes. When making a reservation, the rental price includes insurance, taxes, and any applicable additional fees.
